Crab And Shrimp Stuffed Mushrooms
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. mushrooms, stems removed and chopped
- 1/2 lb. butter
- 1/2 lb. shrimp (about 15)
- 2 cans crabmeat
- 3/4 medium onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. fresh Italian parsley, chopped
- 3 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 1/4 c. white wine
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
- 1 Tbsp. fresh chopped garlic
- 1/2 Tbsp. oregano
- 1/2 Tbsp. black pepper
- Blanch mushroom caps in a little water for 10 minutes.
- Saute garlic, onion, shrimp, crabmeat and parsley in butter.
- Add milk and the eggs; mix in all other ingredients, adding bread crumbs a little at a time.
- Stuff mushroom caps with mixture.
- Bake in a 350u0b0 oven until golden brown, about 45 minutes.
