Crab And Shrimp Stuffed Mushrooms

  1. Blanch mushroom caps in a little water for 10 minutes.
  2. Saute garlic, onion, shrimp, crabmeat and parsley in butter.
  3. Add milk and the eggs; mix in all other ingredients, adding bread crumbs a little at a time.
  4. Stuff mushroom caps with mixture.
  5. Bake in a 350u0b0 oven until golden brown, about 45 minutes.
  6. Enjoy!
