Hash Brown Casserole

  1. Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, combine cheese, soup, sour cream, onion, peppers, 1/4 cup butter, salt and pepper; mix up.
  3. Fold in hash browns; turn into greased casserole.
  4. Toss together corn flakes and 1 tablespoon of melted butter; sprinkle this over the potato mixture.
  5. Bake at 350u0b0 for 1 hour until casserole is golden brown and potatoes are tender.
  6. Serves about 6 or 8.
