Bonnie'S Egg Bake
- 16 slices white bread
- 8 oz. Cheddar or American cheese
- 2 c. cubed cooked ham
- 6 eggs
- 3 c. milk
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. Wheaties or Corn Flakes
- 2 oz. butter
- Remove crust from bread slices.
- Generously butter sides and bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.tutter 8
- slices
- of
- bread and place, buttered side, down.
- Sprinkle ham over bread.
- Sprinkle Cheddar (or place American slice) cheese over
- hamtnd
- bread. Top with remaining 8 slices of bread, unbuttered.
- Beat together eggs, milk, mustard and salt.
- Pour overtread.take
- sure to
- cover well.
- Cover
- andtefrigerate
- overnight.
- Combine Wheaties
- and 1/4
- cup
- melted
- butter.tprinkle
- overtread immediately before baking.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for
- one
- hour, uncovered.
- Freezes well for later use.
