Egg Nog Blondies
- 1 cup All-purpose Flour
- 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Ground Nutmeg
- 1/2 cups Butter, Room Temperature
- 3/4 cups Light Brown Sugar
- 1 Large Egg
- 1/2 cups Egg Nog (light Or Regular)
- 1/3 cups Chopped Walnuts
- 1/3 cups White Chocolate Chip Morsels
- 1/3 cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0F. Spray an 8"x8"x2" pan with cooking spray and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, sift flour, baking powder and nutmeg and set aside. Using an electric mixer, cream butter and sugar. Stir in egg and egg nog until combined, followed by flour mixture until blended. Stir in chopped walnuts, white chocolate chips and semi-sweet chocolate chips.
- Pour into prepared baking pan and bake for 32-36 minutes until a cake tester comes out clean.
- Cool on a wire rack before removing from the pan and cutting.
