Egg, Meat & Cheese Pie
- 1 whole Uncooked Pie Crust
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese Of Choice, I Prefer Cheddar
- 4 whole Eggs
- 3/4 cups Milk
- 1-1/2 Tablespoon Onion Chip Dip (or Onion Flakes Mixed With Sour Cream)
- 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1 cup Cut-up Leftover Meat Such As Bacon, Ham, Etc. (for This One I Used Kielbasa Sausage)
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- Preaheat oven to 400u0b0F. Line a pie plate with dough, trimming it just over the edge.
- In a medium bowl, whisk eggs with milk. Add in remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into prepared pie crust.
- Fold the edges of the pie crust over the mixture. I do this to prevent burning of the crust, and it helps contain the "insides" from overflowing while baking.
- Bake for 40-50 minutes, until set in the center.
- This is delicious served hot from the oven. I hope you like it as much as my family does. (We have 6 kids and it's kid approved, especially when done with bacon.)
