Egg, Meat & Cheese Pie

  1. Preaheat oven to 400u0b0F. Line a pie plate with dough, trimming it just over the edge.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk eggs with milk. Add in remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into prepared pie crust.
  3. Fold the edges of the pie crust over the mixture. I do this to prevent burning of the crust, and it helps contain the "insides" from overflowing while baking.
  4. Bake for 40-50 minutes, until set in the center.
  5. This is delicious served hot from the oven. I hope you like it as much as my family does. (We have 6 kids and it's kid approved, especially when done with bacon.)
