Oreo Peanut Butter Cheesecake Mud Pie With Caramel And Molasses Topping
- FOR THE CRUST:
- 24 Oreo Cookies
- 6 Tablespoons Melted Butter
- FOR THE FILLING:
- 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 package (8 Oz. Size) Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1 can (14 Oz. Size) Sweetened Condensed Milk
- FOR THE TOPPING:
- 1/3 cups Caramel Sauce
- 1/3 cups Crushed Molasses Chocolates
- In a food processor, place all the Oreo cookies and process until it has turned into crumbs. In a bowl, place the crumbs and melted butter and mix together. Then grab your pie pan and place the crust mixture on top and begin to mold it on the bottom and sides of the pan.
- For the filling, place all of the filling ingredients into a large bowl and beat it with an electric hand mixer until it is smooth and creamy. Then pour it into the pie and spread it evenly.
- Drizzle your toppings on top of the pie and refrigerate it overnight. If you need it right away, an hour will do in the refrigerator but it's best when it is kept overnight.
