Lazy Day Lasagna
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 can 14-1/2 oz. tomatoes (undrained)
- 1 6 oz. can tomato paste
- 1-1/2 tsp. salt
- 1-1/2 tsp. basil
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 egg
- 8 uncooked lasagna noodles
- 2 cups--8 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Get Boone to make you loaf of rye bread.
- Cut two pieces of the bread about 1/2 inch thick.
- Then go over to the toaster and put them in it.
- Toast to a light brown.
- Take them out and butter them (will be hot).
- Then take some ham and cheese or peanut butter and put them on.
- Let them melt together.
- Repeat if still hungry.
