Hamburger-Corn Casserole
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 (12 oz.) can whole corn
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. dairy sour cream
- 1/4 c. chopped pimento
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. monosodium glutamate
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 3 c. medium noodles, cooked
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter
- Lightly brown ground beef.
- Add chopped onion.
- Cook until tender, but not brown.
- Add whole kernel corn (drained), condensed cream of chicken soup, condensed cream of mushroom soup, dairy sour cream, chopped pimento, salt, monosodium glutamate and pepper.
- Mix well.
- Stir in medium noodles, cooked and drained.
- Pour in 2-quart casserole.
