Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cake
- FOR THE CAKE:
- 1 box Chocolate Cake Mix (1 Pound)
- 1 box Instant Chocolate Pudding (4oz)
- 4 whole Eggs
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1/2 cups Water
- 1/2 cups Vegetable Oil

- FOR THE FROSTING:
- 4 Tablespoons Butter, Softened
- 3 cups Powdered Sugar (I Used 3 1/2 Cups)
- 3 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 2 Tablespoons Evaporated Milk
- For the cake:
- Preheat oven to 350F. Mix all ingredients together. Lightly grease the bundt pan and then dust it with powdered sugar. Bake for 40-50 minutes. After cake has cooled a couple of minutes remove from pan and immediately drizzle with the chocolate frosting. Serve with an ice cold glass of milk!
- For the frosting:
- Soften the butter in microwave (about 30 seconds). Mix in remaining ingredients and beat till no clumps are left. Drizzle over the cake as soon as it's out of the pan.
