Pork Teriyaki

  1. Prepare outdoor grill for cooking and preheat broiler.
  2. Cut tenderloin lengthwise in half; don't cut all the way through.
  3. Open and spread flat.
  4. In small saucepan, over medium heat, combine lemon juice, honey, soy sauce, bouillon and ginger.
  5. Heat until blended.
  6. Place tenderloin on grill or broiler pan.
  7. Grill or broil tenderloin, 15 to 20 minutes or until cooked through, turning and basting frequently with soy mixture.
  8. To serve, slice tenderloin thinly.
  9. Accompany with potatoes and cole slaw.
  10. Serves 5. Per Serving:
  11. 280 calories, 6 g fat.
