Chocolate Chip Banana-Croissant Bread Pudding
- 12 whole Mini Croissants (or 6-8 Regular Croissants)
- 1-3/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1/4 cups Milk
- 4 whole Eggs
- 3/4 cups Raw Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
- 2 whole Overripe Bananas Smashed
- 1 cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0F. Place baking dish(es) in a shallow pan; fill halfway with water.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk whipping cream, milk, eggs (one at a time), sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Stir in bananas and chocolate chips.
- Transfer croissant cubes into the wet ingredients. Fold until well-combined. Let sit for 5 minutes.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until a knife or toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
