Chocolate Chip Banana-Croissant Bread Pudding

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0F. Place baking dish(es) in a shallow pan; fill halfway with water.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk whipping cream, milk, eggs (one at a time), sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Stir in bananas and chocolate chips.
  3. Transfer croissant cubes into the wet ingredients. Fold until well-combined. Let sit for 5 minutes.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until a knife or toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
