Chicken Stew

  1. Put cut-up chicken in a 6-8 quart saucepan.
  2. Just cover with water to boil.
  3. You can either boil the chicken until you can remove the meat off the bone, saving the broth, or you can add all the above ingredients to the whole cut-up chicken
  4. and cook for about 1 hour.
  5. After the chicken is cooked, remove the chicken and deboned it and return it to the pot and re-heat.
  6. Serve hot over cooked medium egg noodles.
