Mom'S Spaghetti Sauce Made With Love(Yield: 2 Quarts Or More - Plenty To Freeze.)
- 3 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- 2 Pork Chops (not 2 lbs.)
- 1 lb. Beef Cubes
- 1 Links Italian Sausage (hot or sweet)
- 6 (28 oz.) cans Tomatoes (diced, crushed or whole, it depends on how chunky you want it)
- 2 (6 oz.) cans Tomato Paste
- 1/2 cup Red Wine
- 3 Tbsp. Molasses
- 1 Tbsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Pepper
- 1 cup Carrots (keep in larger chunks if you would like to take them out later)
- 3 stalks Celery (keep in larger chunks if you would like to take them out later)
- 1/2 cup Chopped Basil/ 3 Tbsp. dried
- 1/4 cup Chopped Oregano/2 Tbsp. dried
- 1/4 cup Chopped Thyme/2 Tbsp. dried
- 1/4 cup Chopped Sage/2 Tbsp. dried
- 1/4 cup Rosemary/2Tbsp. dried
- 1 tsp. dried Marjoram
- Add Garlic at your own risk...it is forbidden in our house!
