Cauliflower & Broccoli Salad
- 1/2 heads Cauliflower
- 1/4 heads Broccoli
- 1/4 cups Low-fat Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cups Low Fat Sour Cream
- 1/4 cups Low-fat Buttermilk
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1/4 teaspoons Sugar
- 3 whole Scallions, Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Chives, Chopped
- Sat And Pepper To Taste
- Cut the cauliflower and broccoli into bite sized pieces.
- In a medium or large sized bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, lemon juice and sugar and blend until thoroughly combined. Add the scallions, chives, cauliflower and broccoli to the dressing and mix together until well blended. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Note that this salad can be eaten immediately but tastes even better the next day after sitting in the refrigerator overnight.
