Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Dip
- 1/4 cups Smooth Almond Butter, Well-stirred
- 1/4 cups Lightly Packed Light Brown Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Ground Walnuts (or Almonds)
- 1/4 cups Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 1 Tablespoon Brown Rice Syrup
- 1/3 cups Roughly Chopped Grain-sweetened Chocolate Chips
- In the bowl of a stand mixer, (or using an electric mixer on medium speed), beat almond butter and brown sugar until well-combined. Beat in vanilla extract, ground walnuts (or almonds), milk, and brown rice syrup. Add chocolate chips and fold in with a rubber spatula.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
