White Pizza With Shrimp And Spinach
- 1 frozen pizza dough
- 1 lb. shrimp, cleaned
- 1 box frozen spinach
- 2 to 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can mushroom pieces
- onion powder to taste
- black pepper to taste
- 1 lb. pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 stick Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- olive oil
- Pam
- Preheat oven according to pizza dough package.
- Cut shrimp into bite-size pieces.
- Add onion, mushrooms, spinach (squeeze out all water), garlic, onion powder and pepper.
- Sprinkle over mixture to moisten.
- Spray bottom of baking sheet only with Pam. Spread dough in pan evenly.
- Top with shrimp mixture and sprinkle with cheeses.
- Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until crust is crispy and cheese bubbles.
- Makes 12 slices.
