Cowboy Potatoes
- 1 bag (about 30 Oz. Size) Shredded Hash Brown Potatoes, Thawed
- 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 16 ounces, weight Sour Cream
- 1 can (10.75 Oz. Size) Cream Of Chicken Soup
- 1 can (10.75 Oz. Size) Cheese Soup
- 1 stick Melted Butter
- 1/4 cups Dried Minced Onion
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
- These potatoes are wonderful to start in the oven in the ceramic part of your crock pot and then keep warm when done cooking in your crock pot. Great for big events and holidays.
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0F. Place all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and combine well. Place into a greased baking dish or crock pot. Cover with foil and bake covered for 1 hour, then uncover and bake at least 1 hour longer. These can be assembled the day before and then baked.
