Mango Cream Cheese Bars

  1. Blend all of the crust ingredients in a food processor and press into the bottom of a lightly greased 9x13" pan. If you do not have a processor, you can use a pastry blender to incorporate the butter into the flour.
  2. Bake at 350u0b0F for 18 minutes or until browned.
  3. Blend the filling ingredients until smooth. Pour over the baked crust and return to the 350u0b0F oven for 30 minutes or until the filling is set.
  4. Cool completely before serving.
