Handwritten Brownies
- FOR THE BROWNIES:
- 1/2 cups Butter
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 whole Egg
- 1/3 cups Milk
- 2 whole Unsweetened Chocolate Squares, Melted
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 cups Chopped Walnuts
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla

- FOR THE FROSTING:
- 1/4 cups Butter
- 2 cups Sugar
- 1/2 cups Milk
- 2 whole Unsweetened Chocolate Squares, Melted
- 50 whole Mini Marshmallows
- Brownies:
- Cream the butter and sugar. Combine to mix the egg, melted unsweetened chocolate, and milk; beat together. Sift and add the flour, salt, and baking powder. Mix in the chopped walnuts and vanilla.
- Frosting:
- Melt the butter. Add the sugar and milk. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Cook over low heat for 10-12 minutes then gradually add the unsweetened melted chocolate, stirring constantly. Remove pan from heat. (I leave the icing in the pan until it's thick for spreading.)
- Pour brownie batter into a greased square dish. Bake at 325F for about 25 minutes.
- When brownies are done and while hot, add miniature marshmallows on top until covered and frost with chocolate frosting when cool.
