Easy Oven Stew

  1. Combine flour, salt, pepper and paprika in paper bag.
  2. Drop in beef, a portion at a time; shake until coated.
  3. Mix with olive oil in 3-quart casserole.
  4. Bake, uncovered, at 400u0b0 for 30 minutes. Stir once.
  5. Add onions, carrots, potatoes, celery, water and the tomato sauce with mushrooms; mix well.
  6. Cover; bake at 350u0b0 for about 1 3/4 hours or until done.
  7. Makes 6 servings.
