Hearty Tomato Soup
- 1 box (900ml Size) Campbell's Vegetable Broth
- 1 can (284ml Size) Condensed Less Sodium Tomato Soup
- 1 cup Baby Carrots, Cut Into Thin Coins
- 1 cup Frozen Green Peas
- 1/2 cups Red Bell Pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cups Kale, Chopped
- 1 stalk Green Onion, Chopped
- 1/2 teaspoons Dried Oregano
- 1/2 teaspoons Chili Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Sea Salt (optional)
- 1 cup Fusilli Pasta
- 1. Heat broth, tomato soup, vegetables, oregano, chili powder, garlic powder and salt (if using) to a boil in a medium sized pot.
- 2. Add pasta and bring back to a boil.
- 3. Reduce heat to low and cook for an additional 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 4. Enjoy!
