Hot Fudge Double Chocolate Cookies
- 1 stick Butter, Room Temperature
- 1/2 cups Hot Fudge Topping
- 3/4 cups Sugar
- 3/4 cups Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 2 whole Eggs
- 3 cups Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 cup Milk Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup White Chocolate Chips
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2. In a mixing bowl cream together the butter, hot fudge topping, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla. Add eggs, beat well. In a separate bowl mix together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the flour mixture into the butter mixture until fully incorporated. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoonfuls or by cookie-scoopfuls onto an ungreased baking pan.
- 3. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool slightly and remove from the pan to a cookie rack or plate. If using teaspoonfuls of dough, this makes about 5 dozen cookies. If using a cookie scoop, it makes a little over 2 dozen.
