Ham Glaze

  1. Trim, score, or do whatever your ham needs for prep, but at least make sure to score the ham in a diamond pattern if it's not a spiral sliced.
  2. Mix all of the above ingredients well and spread on ham before putting it into oven.
  3. I like to reserve some of the glaze for brushing on during cooking and also for after pulling the ham out. I've even doubled this recipe, added some of it to the ham drippings, reduced it, and served it as a glaze for serving . . . that is, if I don't use a spiral sliced ham.
