Apple & Fennel Slaw

  1. Into a large mixing bowl add shredded green cabbage, shredded apples and shredded fennel. Mix with two spoons.
  2. In a small bowl (or jar) add dressing ingredients and whisk (or seal the jar and shake) well. Add dressing to the slaw mixture and toss to combine. Wrap bowl in plastic and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  3. This is great for outdoor picnics or dining. It's a family favorite with grilled hamburgers! Enjoy.
