Spring Fields Forever Salad
- FOR THE SALAD:
- 8 ounces, weight Bagged Field Greens
- 1 whole Roma Tomato (Rinsed, Quartered)
- 1/4 cups Diced Cucumber
- 1/4 cups Diced Red Onion
- 2 whole Radish (Rinsed, Diced)
- 1/4 cups Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese
- FOR THE DRESSING:
- 2 Tablespoons Plain Yogurt
- 2 Tablespoons Almond Milk
- 1 Tablespoon Strawberry Jam
- 1/2 teaspoons Poppy Seeds
- 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
- In a large mixing bowl add all of the salad ingredients. Using two large spoons toss well. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- For the dressing: In a small bowl add the dressing ingredients. Stir well and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- To serve: Add field green salad to a bowl or plate. Stir dressing well and drizzle over greens. Enjoy!
