Blueberry Galette

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 425F and set out your pie crust on a baking sheet to defrost/soften. When it's softened, gently press it flat.
  2. 2. Gently mix together all of the remaining ingredients (except the optional ones) in a medium bowl.
  3. 3. Scoop your mixture into the center of your pie crust, leaving a 1 inch border.
  4. 4.Working in a circle, fold the crust in overlapping pieces over the berries (see photo).
  5. 5. Brush crust with egg wash and sprinkle with sugar, if desired.
  6. 6. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until crust begins to brown and blueberries bubble.
  7. 7. Enjoy!
