Mary Lee’S Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 450u0b0F.
  2. Cream the butter and both sugars until light and fluffy. Add the eggs and blend, then add vanilla and mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine flour, oats, Rice Krispies, baking soda and baking powder. Slowly add to the butter/sugar mixture, mixing until combined well. Fold in coconut.
  4. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls on a parchment-lined baking pan, about 2 inches apart (cookies will spread while baking). Bake for approximately 8-9 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool on wire rack.
