Matcha Brownies
- 1/2 cups All-purpose Flour
- 1/4 cups High Quality Matcha (green Tea Powder)
- 1/4 teaspoons Fine Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 8 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter, Room Temperature
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0F and spray an 8-inch square metal cake pan with Baker's Joy.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk flour, matcha (green tea powder), salt, and baking powder; set aside. In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a BeaterBlade attachment, cream the butter and sugar until fully incorporated. Add eggs and vanilla and mix completely. Add the flour mixture and mix just until no traces of flour remain.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and spread into an even layer. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool completely before cutting with a serrated knife.
