Pizza Crust
- 1 cup Flour
- 1/2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
- 2 Tablespoons Flax Meal Or Ground Flax Seed
- 1 envelope Quick-Rise Yeast
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 2 teaspoons Olive Oil
- 2 teaspoons Honey
- 2/3 cups Very Warm Water
- 1 Tablespoon Corn Meal
- Combine flours, flaxmeal, yeast and salt. Mix well. Stir olive oil and honey into the warm water. Pour mix over dry ingredients and mix with a wooden spoon. Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface. Knead for 2 minutes. Spray another medium bowl and place the dough inside. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise in warm place for 20 minutes. Spray a pizza pan with olive oil spray and dust with corn meal. When dough has risen, roll into a 12-inch circle. Transfer to the pan. Poke with a fork and bake untopped for 6 minutes at 425u0b0F and for 10 minutes with topping ingredients.
