Mediterranean Pasta Salad

  1. In a large pot cook the pasta according to manufacturer's directions then drain and place in a bowl to cool.
  2. Add your tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, scallions and basil to the bowl of cooled noodles; set aside.
  3. In a small bowl add all of your dressing ingredients; mix until combined. Pour over pasta and vegetables. Place bowl in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving. Can be made in advance.
