Dietetic Apple Cake

• 1 c. raisins
• 1/2 c. water
• 1 packet Sweet Mate
• 1/2 c. vegetable oil
• 1 chopped Golden Delicious apple
• 1 1/4 c. applesauce (unsweetened)
• 3 eggs
• 1/2 c. chopped prunes
• 1 1/2 Tbsp. cinnamon
• 1/2 Tbsp. allspice
• 1 Tbsp. vanilla
• 8 packets Sweet Mate
• 1 Tbsp. soda
• 1/4 tsp. salt
• 2 c. self-rising flour

1. Combine raisins, water and 1 packet of Sweet Mate. Simmer over medium heat until all water is absorbed. In a large bowl, combine oil, apples, applesauce, eggs, prunes, cinnamon, allspice, vanilla, 8 packets Sweet Mate, salt, soda and flour.
2. Mix well. Pour into a
