Carrot & Cucumber Slaw

  1. Note: Prep time does not include refrigeration time of one hour before serving.
  2. Shred all veggies in a large mixing bowl and stir gently to mix. Add salt and pepper and toss.
  3. In a smaller bowl add salad dressing ingredients, mix well. Add to bowl with veggies, toss together, cover and refrigerate one hour before serving.
  4. We love this with Buffalo wings! Enjoy!
