Carrot & Cucumber Slaw
- 4 whole Fresh Carrots (peeled, Shredded)
- 2 whole English Cucumbers (peeled) Shredded)
- 2 stalks Celery (Rinsed, Diced On The Bias)
- 2 whole Fresh Red Radishes (Rinsed, Shredded)
- 1 teaspoon Kosher Or Sea Salt
- 1-1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
- FOR THE DRESSING:
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 2 Tablespoons Pure Honey
- 2 Tablespoons Dry Mix Hidden Valley Ranch Salad Dressing (from Packet)
- Note: Prep time does not include refrigeration time of one hour before serving.
- Shred all veggies in a large mixing bowl and stir gently to mix. Add salt and pepper and toss.
- In a smaller bowl add salad dressing ingredients, mix well. Add to bowl with veggies, toss together, cover and refrigerate one hour before serving.
- We love this with Buffalo wings! Enjoy!
