Milk Chocolate, Toffee And Smoked Almond Cookies
- 1 cup Butter, Softened
- 1-1/2 cup White Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 2-1/4 cups Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 10 ounces, weight Bag Milk Chocolate Chips
- 8 ounces, weight Bag Toffee Bits
- 1/2 cups Smoked Almonds, Chopped
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Prepare 2 sheet pans by lining them with parchment or a Silpat.
- 2. In the bowl of a standing mixer, cream together the butter and the sugar.
- 3. Add the eggs and the vanilla and mix well.
- 4. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda and salt.
- 5. Add the dry ingredients into the creamed mixture and combine well.
- 6. Add the almonds, chocolate chips and toffee and combine well.
- 7. Scoop cookie dough onto the prepared sheet pans, leaving an inch or two between each to allow for spreading. Bake at 350 F for 8-10 minutes.
- 8. Remove from the heat and let the cookies cool on a rack.
