Millionaire Muffin Mix

• FOR THE MUFFIN MIX:
• 20 cups Flour
• 2-1/2 cups Sugar
• 3/4 cups Baking Powder
• 1-1/2 Tablespoon Salt

• TO BAKE ONE BATCH OF MUFFINS:
• 2 cups (Generous Cups) Muffin Mix
• 1 cup Milk
• 1 whole Egg
• 1/3 cups Oil
• 1 cup Flavor Add-in, Such As Mini Chocolate Chips Or Blueberries

1. Whisk together in a VERY large bowl the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Portion this into 10 Ziploc baggies, a generous 2 cups into each bag. Put the bags into your pantry or freezer.
2. When you are ready to bake a batch of muffins, take out one bag of mix. Add in the milk, egg, and oil. Also mix in the flavor add-ins, such as mini chocolate chips or blueberries. Spoon into 12 greased muffin cups.
3. Bake at 400u0b0F for 18 minutes.
