Jambalaya(6 Servings)

  1. In a stock pot, brown cut up sausage in olive oil.
  2. Remove sausage from pot; saute pepper, onion and garlic in pot for 5 minutes.
  3. Add seasonings and broth; simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Add rice and sausage; cover and cook over low heat for 25 minutes. Add shrimp for last 5 minutes of cooking.
  5. Fluff with fork; cook 5 more minutes.
  6. Serve with Creole sauce.
