Mini Cranberry Tartlets
- 1 whole Unbaked Pie Crust
- 4 Tablespoons Leftover Cranberry Sauce
- 1 whole Egg, Beaten With The Below Amount Of Water
- 1 Tablespoon Water
- 1 Tablespoon Sanding Sugar
- 1. Place the pie dough on a lightly floured work surface. Trim the edges of the dough to make a square. Cut the square into four even-sized squares. Place 1 tablespoon of cranberry sauce in the center of each piece of dough. Fold each corner into the center of the dough, covering the cranberry sauce. Press gently to seal and put them onto a plate. Chill in the freezer for 15 minutes.
- 2. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 400u0b0F. Combine the egg and water in a small bowl and beat. Put the chilled tartlets onto a lightly greased baking tray. Brush the chilled tartlets with the egg wash and sprinkle with the sanding sugar. Bake for about 20 minutes, until golden brown.
