Chocolate Hazelnut Larabars

  1. Preheat the oven to 350u0b0F. Combine all dry ingredients, prunes, and dried fruit mix in a food processor or blender and process for 30 seconds. Add in maple syrup and vanilla and process for another 1-2 minutes, or until the mixture blends together (it may form into a ball). Coat a small loaf pan with cooking spray and distribute the bar batter evenly. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from the oven, cool, and store in the refrigerator until ready to eat.
