5 Minute Pie
- 1/4 cups Boiling Water
- 1/2 ounces, weight Package Sugar-Free Gelatin, Any Flavor; Small Pkg
- 2 containers Lite Yogurt, In The Same Flavor As The Gelatin (6 Ounce Containers)
- 1 tub Cool Whip Topping, Lite (8 Ounce Container)
- 1 whole Pre-made Pie Crust, Low-fat Graham, Shortbread, Or Vanilla Wafer
- Boil the 1/4 cup of water. Mix it with the flavored gelatin in a medium bowl. Mix until gelatin is dissolved.
- Add the 2 containers of yogurt in the same flavor as your gelatin. Mix well.
- Add the entire tub of Cool Whip to the mixture, and fold to incorporate all ingredients.
- Pour the mixture into your pie crust and refrigerate for about 4 hours.
- Note: The yogurt gives this a tangy flavor that's great! I just made lime jello, with key lime yogurt in a shortbread crust to serve with a Latin meal! Yummy!!
