Acapulco Delight

• 1 lb. hamburger
• 1/4 c. chopped green onions
• 1/4 small can black olives, sliced
• 1/4 pkg. taco seasoning
• 1/8 c. Parmesan cheese
• 1 (7 oz.) can green chili salsa
• 3 tortillas
• 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
• 1/2 can refried beans
• 1 c. sour cream

1. Brown hamburger.
2. Drain.
3. Stir in taco seasoning and 1/2 cup water.
4. Add salsa and simmer 5 to 10 minutes.
5. Butter a 9 x 9-inch pan, line with 1 to 1 1/2 tortillas and spread half of meat mixture, then 1/4 cup cheese on top of meat.
6. Top with another tortilla.
7. Spread refried beans and cover with 2/3 of sour cream. Sprinkle with green onions and olives.
8. Cover with 1 more tortilla. Layer meat and cheese on top.
9. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
10. Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes.
11. Serve with lettuce, tomato and remaining sour cream.
