Mocha-Sicles

  1. In a double boiler over low-boiling water, melt chocolate, stirring constantly until smooth. Stir in sugar, cornstarch, cocoa, milk and coffee. Continue to stir mixture until thickened, about 8-10 minutes (you may have to increase the heat slightly). When thickened, whisk in vanilla and butter.
  2. Immediately transfer into a spouted liquid measuring cup, then pour into molds. Freeze overnight.
