“Cupcake” Marshmallow Pops

  1. Stick one lollipop stick about half way through each marshmallow and set aside. (Make as many as you will need or want - I made 24 ).
  2. Fill a coffee mug about halfway with candy melts. Heat according to directions on bag. (I heat it up at 50% power for about 1 minute, stir, then at 30 second intervals until candy melts are melted and smooth). Make sure to stir between each 30 second interval. I use a coffee mug because it retains heat and it's deep enough for me to dip the marshmallow in.
  3. Dip the marshmallow straight down into the candy melt, about half way down. When I lift the marshmallow out of the cup, I slightly twist the lollipop so that the excess candy melt wraps around the top.
  4. Quickly sprinkle with decorative sprinkles and top with an M&M candy. Poke the end of the sticks into a foam block to dry. Once the chocolate is set, you can wrap them up individually if you wish.
