Mom’S Berry Easy Coffee Cake

  1. No mixer required. All you need is a medium mixing bowl and a wooden spatula.
  2. Preheat your oven to 350u0b0F. Grease and flour a 9" x 13" baking pan.
  3. Add all of the cake ingredients except the fruit (one by one) into the bowl and stir. The batter should be smooth and thick.
  4. Place the batter into prepared baking pan. Spread the fruit on top.
  5. In a small mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients for the streusel until it resembles crumbs. Sprinkle on top of the fruit and batter.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, until the top is golden brown and the toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean.
  7. Cool before slicing.
