Peanut Butter Parfait
- 1 c. flour
- 2/3 c. dry roasted peanuts, chopped
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 2/3 c. peanut butter
- 3/4 c. powdered sugar
- 2 c. whipped topping
- 1 (3 oz.) instant chocolate pudding
- 1 (3 oz.) instant vanilla pudding
- 1 3/4 c. milk
- additional whipped topping
- additional chopped dry roasted peanuts
- Combine flour, chopped peanuts and oleo.
- Place in 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 350u0b0.
- Cool.
- Beat together cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar and whipped topping.
- Place over cooled crust.
- Chill.
- Combine chocolate and vanilla pudding with milk.
- Beat until thick.
- Pour over 2nd chilled layer. Chill.
- Top with additional whipped topping.
- Sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
- Chill until set.
