Pineapple Strawberry Smoothie
- FOR THE STRAWBERRY PORTION:
- 1/2 cups Frozen Strawberries
- 1/4 cups Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1/2 cups Milk
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Flaxseed
- 1/2 Tablespoons Honey (optional)
- FOR THE PINEAPPLE PORTION:
- 1/2 cups Frozen Pineapple
- 1/4 cups Plain Greek Yogurt
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1/2 cups Milk
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Flaxseed
- 1/2 Tablespoons Honey (optional)
- Blend all of the ingredients for the strawberry portion of the smoothie in a blender until smooth. Divide between glasses.
- Blend all of the ingredients for the pineapple portion of the smoothie and layer on top of the strawberry smoothie in the glasses. Enjoy!
