Homemade Oatmeal Muffins
- 1 whole Egg
- 2 Tablespoons Melted Butter
- 1/8 cups Coconut Oil
- 1/2 cups Sugar
- 1/4 cups Golden Syrup
- 3/4 cups Milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 Tablespoons Ground Cinnamon
- 1-3/4 cup Oats
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Chocolate Sprinkles
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0F. Line a muffin tin with muffin liners.
- In a large bowl, whisk egg, melted butter, oil, and sugar until sugar is dissolved. Add golden syrup, milk, vanilla, salt, and cinnamon. Whisk until well-combined. Stir in oats and baking powder.
- Fill muffin liners halfway full. Sprinkle chocolate sprinkles on top.
- Bake for 25 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes before eating. Enjoy.
