Spicy Grilled Catfish Fillets

  1. Combine first 8 ingredients, stir well, cover and chill. Combine next 3 ingredients, rub on both sides of fish.
  2. Place fish in wire grill basket coated with cooking spray.
  3. Grill about 5 to 7 minutes on each side, depending on thickness of fish.
  4. Spoon 2 tablespoons of sauce over each fillet, garnish with lemon wedge. Yields 4 servings.
