Mud Pie

• 1 cup Butter
• 1/3 cups Cocoa
• 2 cups Granulated Sugar
• 4 whole Eggs, Beaten
• 2 teaspoons Vanilla
• 1-1/2 cup Flour
• 1 cup Powdered Sugar
• 1 package (8 Oz. Package) Cream Cheese
• 1 package (6 Oz. Package) Chocolate Pudding Mix, Prepared According To Package Directions
• 3 cups Cold Milk, Or As Directed In Pudding Package
• 2 cups Whipped Cream, Whipped And Sweetened
• 1/2 cups Walnuts, Chopped (optional)

1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0F.
2. Brownie layer: Mix butter, cocoa, and sugar together. Add beaten eggs and vanilla; mix well. Add flour until combined. Spread brownie layer in a greased 9x13 pan and bake for 25 minutes.
3. White layer: Cream together powdered sugar and cream cheese. Set aside.
4. Pudding layer: Prepare the pudding mix (use the amount of milk specified on your package) according to package directions.
5. When brownie is cool, top with the white mixture, then layer the pudding on top and finish off with whipped cream and nuts if desired. Refrigerate.
