Chocolate Bundt Cake
- 1 box (18 To 21 Oz. Size) Chocolate Cake Mix (The Fudgier The Better)
- 1 box (4-Serving Size) Instant Chocolate Pudding
- 8 ounces, weight Sour Cream
- 4 whole Eggs
- 1 cup Canola Oil
- 1/2 cups Water
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips
- Preheat oven to 325u0b0F and grease a bundt pan. Mix together cake and pudding (dry) ingredients. Add sour cream, eggs, oil, water and vanilla and mix just until combined. Add chocolate chips and mix. Pour mixture into the cake pan and bake for 1 hour. Set out to cool for about 20 minutes and flip over a platter. Enjoy!
- Note: If you want to add a frosting, you can melt some chocolate chips with whipping cream until desired consistency is reached. Pour over cooled cake. It tastes good with or without frosting.
