German Chocolate Cheesecake Squares
- 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 (4 oz.) pkg. sweet cooking chocolate, melted
- 3 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
- 1/3 c. butter, melted
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
- Combine crumbs, pecans, sugar and butter.
- Press firmly on bottom of 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
- In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.
- Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
- Add chocolate, eggs and vanilla.
- Mix well.
- Pour into prepared pan and bake 40 minutes or until center is set.
- Cool and top with Coconut Pecan Topping. Chill and cut into squares.
- Refrigerate leftovers.
