Chocolate Cream Cupcakes

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Line 18 muffin cups with liners.
  3. In small bowl, combine cream cheese, 1/3 cup sugar and egg.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Stir in chocolate chips; set aside.
  6. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off.
  7. In large bowl, combine flour, 1 cup sugar, cocoa, soda and salt.
  8. Add water, oil, vinegar and vanilla.
  9. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed.
  10. Fill muffin cups 1/2 full.
  11. Top each with tablespoon of cream cheese mix.
  12. Sprinkle with sugar and nuts.
  13. Bake 20 to 30 minutes or until cream mix is golden.
  14. Cool 15 minutes.
